Meet Our Founder

I’m Marquitta Rucker, a dedicated professional with a decade of experience in education, holding a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from ASU. As a certified grant writer and skilled corporate/community event planner, I bring diverse expertise to the table.

Currently serving as the Executive Director of SWAT Foundation Inc., our organization, rooted in faith and hope, emerged from the painful loss of my mother to cancer. SWAT, standing for Servants With a Testimony, embodies our commitment to purposeful service.
